
Our Story
Blue Anchor Grill first opened its doors in 2020 during a time when the world was facing unprecedented challenges. What began as a simple outdoor beer garden quickly became something special. Everything was served from a can, craft beers, wines, and cocktails, paired with a small menu from our kitchen. Despite the limitations, our community showed up for us in a big way, and we’ll always be grateful for that early support.
As restrictions eased, we expanded. Our indoor bar opened, cocktails were shaken, wines were poured, and draft beer finally flowed. Behind plexiglass and masks, our team worked hard to grow the menu and create a safe, welcoming space. Through every phase, our guests continued to stand by us.
When the world fully reopened, so did we. The barriers came down, our menu expanded, and Blue Anchor Grill grew into a full-service restaurant with a loyal following. To give back, we introduced our loyalty program to thank the guests who helped us get there.
In 2025, we transitioned into an event space to meet a growing demand for private gatherings. With the addition of Chef Michael Cavalieri as General Manager, our events and catering program quickly found success and earned great feedback.
But our guests kept asking us to come back.
After a thoughtful winter, we made the decision to return to our roots. Reimagined, Blue Anchor Grill is reopening as a restaurant in 2026 as a place to gather, connect, and share.
Our new concept is built around comfort and community. Whether you’re catching up with friends, enjoying a date night, or gathering with family. Our menu focuses on shareable dishes meant to bring people together, complemented by a creative bar program featuring smokey cocktails, pitchers of sangria and mimosas, margarita flights, and more.
We’re proud of where we started, grateful for the journey, and excited for what’s next.
